ASINtrack is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or any of the products displayed through the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ASINtrack, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

ASINtrack is offered as a paid subscription. Payments are processed via third-party providers.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription payment. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment to request a refund. Refunds are limited to the initial subscription payment and may take up to 14 days to process.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We aim to minimize disruptions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with ASINtrack are owned by Subverbal PTE. LTD. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ASINtrack is provided “as is” and is intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or profitability of any data. Decisions made based on the service are your responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subverbal PTE. LTD. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of ASINtrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
